IMPORTANT INFORMATION from the School Office
Christmas Spirit Wear Order: Need a Christmas gift for that hard to buy for loved one? Go to www.sayitgear.com and order some St Peter Spirit wear! Orders are due Sunday November 18th. Orders will be received before Christmas break. Thanks for supporting St Peter Athletics. No Late Orders!
Christmas Eve Volunteer Choir: Pastor Wuggazer has asked the volunteer choir to sing at both the 1:00 p.m. and the 3:00 p.m. Christmas Eve services this year. The services will be the same, the volunteer choir will sing “O Little Town of Bethlehem” and "Silent Night” at the end of the 1:00 service and then sing and “Silent Night” at the 3:00 service. If you can only do one service, please consider joining us. I use traditional Christmas carols for this service so we don’t need a lot of rehearsal and can include a lot more students. Please let me know as soon as possible if your child is interested in participating – all ages are welcome! We would meet during the 1:00 service in the Music Room ( 1:30) to warmup and then 2:30 in the Music room to get ready for the 3:00 service. There will be something in the Fellowship Hall for the students in between services (food and drink). Mrs. Boeling (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Need Service Hours? Any parent in need of volunteer hours and/or any LHN student in need of NOAH hours, the library is in urgent need of shelvers. All you need is a familiarity with the alphabet and, perhaps decimal numbers. Please see Lori Looker in the Library! Thank you.

Scrip Fundraising Program: Scrip is a "no-selling" program that enables families to save money and raise money for St. Peter at the same time. Scrip is just another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards. You purchase gift cards from St. Peter at face value, and St. Peter orders those cards from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a reduced price. A portion of the discount on the gift card will come off next year’s tuition and the rest will go to the general fund. If you do not have a student at St. Peter, then the whole discount will go to the general fund. It’s really that simple! Great Lakes Scrip Center has over 300 of the country’s biggest brands, including grocery, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, home improvement, and more. Just by using scrip to pay for your normal weekly purchases, you can easily raise $500 or more per year. It’s time to put your shopping dollars to work!
Wow, it’s hard to believe that Christmas is right around corner. That means there are only 5 weeks left to order Scrip. We will be placing an order the week of 11/12, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, and 12/17. Orders are placed at 8:00 a.m. on Monday and will be delivered to the school office on Friday afternoon. Gift cards are great for Christmas gifts. Ordering Scrip can save you time and you won’t have to deal with the crowds. You can place an order online at www.shopwithscrip.com or fill out an order form (available on the wall in the Crossroads.) Place the order in the Scrip drawer in the school office. Our enrollment code is C222F266778L. Finally, please click the following link for a Holiday season gift guide https://www.shopwithscrip.com/giftguide Hard copies also available in the Crossroads. Wigs 4 Kids gives free wigs to children experiencing hair loss due to cancer or other diseases. If you have any questions contact Mrs. Brandt. Instruction message from Allison Tebay (please contact her at email@example.com) if you still have questions:
Hi everybody. You’re all doing great with pre ordering lunches through the website while we are currently working on making it available in Educate, so thank you. But I just have a few reminders:
1. Please fill out your child’s name (not yours) in the “Student’s Name” section
2. Please choose your child’s teacher. I’m noticing that some people have been skipping that but it’s important for Crystal to be able to sort the orders by class.
3. The deadline for ordering is the Friday before at 9 p.m. (For example, the week of 9/10’s orders are due Friday 9/7)
4. Many people have been asking for a month in advance ordering. I’m doing my best to make that happen.
5. Each week has a new order form that you have to submit. Please don’t fill out every week and then just hit submit on the last week because only that final week’s orders will go through.
6. If you haven’t already seen it, the Meal Calendar is available (to view only) in Educate under School then Events. If you uncheck “events” it will show you just the hot lunches for the month.
7. If you think you made a mistake or have to cancel your order, please contact Crystal (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 48 hours prior to the date of the lunch.
Extended Care: If you intend to use Extended Care for your child(ren) please fill out the following forms and turn them into the School Office. A copy of the Extended Care handbook will be available online soon.
